Saw Pedro at your practice on Wednesday 4th March 26 and he was fantastic on explaining all the options of treatment I can have and incredibly caring with a lovely smile, again thankyou Pedro you made me feel so at ease as I'm normally a wreck !!! Look forward to my treatment and will be phoning back soon as I have a few more questions about more options as still not sure on my choosing and plans but that's about me ...but 10 out of ten to the practice and team xx

Great experience every time I visit Dr Prem Ambrose and his dental assistant at the Rochester clinic. Over the past 9 months I’ve been visiting the dental practice and was genuinely impressed by the level of care from start to finish. The reception team were welcoming and efficient. My dentist Shreyas took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I visited Nico at GM Dental for a cosmetic consultation on 24.11.25, and I honestly cannot praise him enough. Nico was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed.I was especially impressed when he immediately identified an issue with my smile that has bothered me for years. He explained that the off-centre appearance of my smile—something very noticeable in photos—was due to the positioning of my jaw, not the result of past orthodontic treatment as I had always assumed. Seeing the photos he took and reviewing them together was really reassuring. Nico told me the issue is fixable, although it would involve more work than what I initially enquired about, and he kindly prepared a quote for both treatment options so I could decide which route to take.I originally went to GM Dental for a price and consultation comparison, and I left with far more than just competitive pricing. I gained genuine reassurance that I would be in the best hands for my cosmetic treatment, and I have since decided to book my procedure with Nico.The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and very helpful.Overall, it was a top-quality professional service, and I would highly recommend GM Dental.

I had reluctantly booked an appointment for a check-up and consultation but can thankfully say I had a positive experience. I have been attending this centre since 2023. I was extremely anxious on my first visit but I needn't have been. It's a modern, clean & relaxing environment. My dentist Dr. Jai is excellent, very kind & explains treatment thoroughly. Lekshmi is lovely & very helpful. In fact, all of the staff I have met have been super. I don't want to go anywhere else.

Very impressed with the care I received. I have sensitive teeth and - in the past - my hygienist appointments have been pretty painful, but I was offered numbing gel and injections, which meant that I had a much more thorough clean... and without any pain!

I visited Gm Dental today for my hygiene appointment with Suraksha, the dental therapist, she really put me at ease. She was so kind and reassuring throughout the procedure, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. She even applied numbing gel for me, which made the hygiene process so much easier. My husband attended a consultation today for implants and was really happy with it. They were professional, polite, informative and very friendly and told him everything he needed to know for the journey from start to finish. Today I saw Dr. Rami and his assistant for the removal of a wisdom tooth. How respectful he was towards myself listening and taking into account my concerns. Refreshing to meet a dentist that treated me as an individual and listening to my needs. He only administered the minimum amount of anesthetic as I requested next to the tooth I felt no pain and although it was extremely difficult for him to extract he was very careful and patient and did not rush constantly checking if I was in pain. Which I was not at all. He successfully removed all of the tooth and roots and within 2 hours the anesthetic had worn off completely my jaw is a little sore but I don't require painkillers and I can feel all of my face no uncomfortable numbness and dribbling when I drink. I very highly recommend Dr. Rami and his his assistant wonderful Lady also very kind and caring and professional.How Refreshing to have a brilliant dentist that actually listens and uses minimal anesthetic not a whole capsule full and more which would have left my face numb for days, but just the right amount to extract one of the largest if not the largest tooth in anyone's mouth. If at anytime I needed more anesthetic I could have asked he was so professional and concerned but I did not require anymore.Highly recommended the best I've seen in many many years.

I had been self-conscious of my front teeth since they were damaged as a child, and decided to get crowns, veneers and whitening with GM Dental. Everyone is warm and friendly, and puts you at ease from the start. I felt very supported with regular check-ins, and the focus was always on what I wanted to achieve (the minimum work needed to achieve a natural result and hide the damaged teeth). My dentist Jai is incredible; she has worked wonders and gone above and beyond to give me the best possible results. I'm very grateful for all her hard work, patience and kindness. Thank you also to Shekina and the other nurses, the receptionists and the technicians, who have all been so accommodating, hard-working and lovely. I love my smile now, and will continue to use GM Dental for anything needed in the future.

Any questions I had were answered and both Dr Pedro and Nurse Lekshmi had amazing amounts of patience and were both willing to answer as many questions as I had.I should also mention that the procedures I’m having are quite complex and will take nearly a year to be finish but I have every confidence in their ability and I’m sure all the care given will be done in a professional caring manner. I went to G & M Dental and Implant Centre back in 2023. I had an old, worn bridge that I received on the NHS when I was a teenager. After a long waited patience, and with Dr. Jens and other expertise opinions, I've finally got a smile I have always dreamed of.I've now come to the end of my treatment, and it has been worth every step a long the way.If it weren't for Dr. Jens and Nurse Lekshmi, I think at times I definitely wanted to quit, and I'm beyond thankful that with their knowledge and support that I felt very comfortable with every step.The practice is extremely clean all over.The reception team is also extremely friendly and will alter, change, and help with anything that they can.

Everyone in this clinic were the loveliest people! I looked forward to all of my appointments because of them. Angela never failed to make me feel incredibly welcomed since day one. Excellent consultation from GM dental in Strood. I came to enquire about implants and was met by Cheryl who was lovely. She went through what would be happening at the consultation very thouroughly. I met Shreyas the implantologist who took an Xray and explained what he could do for me, excellent advice and explanation.All I can say is I was really impressed with the service and I am considering the options given to me. An absolutely wonderful start to my experience here. Cheryl was a true delight, explaining everything that was happening whilst being wonderfully personable and conversational (as well as Angela from reception coming in to have a super friendly chat too!). Dr Shreyas was also absolutely fantastic, fittingly always had a huge smile on his face, explained absolutely everything as we were going through. I was so pleased with my initial consultation that I decided there and then to go ahead with the treatment.I'm normally quite nervous around dentists (as are a fair few people, I imagine - blame it on bad previous experiences!) but I was instantly put at ease here, I had no concerns at all about anything that either Cheryl or Dr Shreyas were doing at any stage, and I'm quite looking forward to the next stage of my treatment!

I saw the hygienist today, who was very good and through. They are always very professonal there and explain everything about your treatment very well and recommend what is the best treatment plan to go on if you want to. The receptionist was very helpful today, she discovered I was on the wrong treatment plan and while I was there she sorted everything out for me and got me on the right plan saving me money each month. I would just like to thank her for taking the time to sort everything out for me and booking my appointments for next year. I would recommend GM Dental and Implant Centre, because they are very friendly and helpful they never push you into having anything done that you do not want.

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. I have been going to this dentist for the last 3-4 years and they have always been amazing.Today I had my wisdom tooth removed and I was very anxious beforehand, even though I have had several treatments and I am not scared of the dentist, but I have heard wisdom teeth are the worst!I also did go through a rabbit hole of searching “wisdom teeth removal” which was not a great idea on my part!Well let me correct you all, it was the smoothest with no pain procedure!Dr Rosh the surgeon was absolutely lovely and put me at ease, very kind and patient. George the nurse was lovely and welcoming also.They made sure I was comfortable and it took no less than 5 minutes!Yes you do feel pressure but it is not uncomfortable at all.I really recommend this Dental practice as I have had nothing but great experience.

I went in feeling nervous, stressed and tearful but came out feeling relaxed, supported and smiling! My bridge broke and I knew it was time to get implants. I needed an appointment quickly but didn’t know where to go. The reviews spoke for this practice and I can honestly say everyone did their best to get me seen and a plan in place quickly. The staff are so lovely and reassured me that all could be sorted. My surgery is booked and I am now looking forward to my new smile 😊 Thank you GM dental. I won’t hesitate to recommend you.

Iv just had my first full appointment after a free consultation in December and spent nearly 7 hours in the surgery in Rochester.I had one extraction plus prepared all my remaining top teeth for porcelain crowns.I was expecting it to be painful and uncomfortable, I was very wrong.Pain relief was managed really well, I felt no pain during the whole 7 hours. I've now got my temporary teeth which look amazing.I can't fault the treatment so far, the whole process has been very easy, great communication from all the staff, my dentist shreyas was great, he really looked after me, the nurses and receptionists all made sure my experience was a good one.Still got a lot of work to be done but I'm now confident it will all be worthwhile.Looking forward to my next appointment 😊

If I could give GM Dental and Implant Centre (Ashford) 1,000,000 stars, I would. I wanted to have my teeth straightened after years of crooked teeth and after 6 months i have straight teeth and my confidence has improved drastically. Dr Shreyas, Nurse Jany, the receptionists were all so very professional, going above and beyond what i originally paid for, which i found amazing. Not only this but they were all just wonderfully kind and empathetic. I can't thank this team enough for how you've improved my confidence, smile and teeth. I wholeheartedly recommend GM Dental and Implant Centre (Ashford) for your Invisalign treatment because you would not be disappointed. Ok, it costs a bit of money, but you can't put a price on happiness and i'm over the moon!

The practice is amazing!!! One of the best around. The staff who attended to me (Her name is Nadia) is one of the biggest assets the practice has. I called for NHS reasons and she was able to calmly, respectfully and kindly direct me in such a way that I was willing to come down to them even tho they aren’t NHS. From the other reviews I can see how amazing they have been to everybody. I recommend this place 100 percent. I had called 6 other places before this one and this was the only one I was impressed with. I can also see their environment is clean and welcoming.

I was dreading having Root Canal Treatment and having my crowns replaced!! I’m terrified of having injections in my mouth, they are usually so painful! Shreyas my dentist was amazing, as was my nurse Nicky, I hardly even felt the first injection go in and I didn’t feel the rest at all! I was given headphones to play my own music on to help me relax, my temporary crowns are completely unnoticeable and look just like the original ones, I will definitely be a lot less anxious when I go back to have my crowns replaced and fillings done! Thank you GM Dental for curing my fear of the dentist! I will be recommending you to everyone!

All staff at GM Dental have always been super friendly, helpful and professional. I've always had a positive experience on every visit to the practice and I walk away feeling better about myself.Dr Prem Ambrose and his dental nurses are by far the most caring, understanding and professional team I've had treatment with. A direct contrast to the experiences I've had with NHS services. I can only extend my compliments to the receptionists who greet me with a wide smile, answer any questions or concerns I have and always find appointment slots at my convenience.I'm simply no longer anxious about undergoing dental treatment and as a result of my experiences over the last 8 months, I can only encourage others, nervous or not, to visit the practice themselves.An honest and well deserved 5 stars for GM Dental!

This dental practice removed every fear my 13 year old son had from the age of 1. He would not step foot inside a dental practice. From start to finish I can not fault the service. The receptionist was lovely, the dental nurses so understanding, and the dentist himself relaxed with my son for a tooth extraction. My son even said he would go back if he was in pain again. We had same day service too. Honestly thank you. My son can now eat again and I have one happy little boy.

I called yesterday morning to try and get an emergency appointment due to severe pain and was booked in for later that afternoon. We were booked in with the Oral surgeon Pedro and wow what a positive experience! I had explained to him that I have had a bad experience previously when having work done to a tooth and he made me feel completely calm and explained how he was going to do the procedure and before every step he made sure I was comfortable and understood what was being done! Pedro has completely changed my opinion and experience of visiting the dentist! Thank you so much to Pedro and the team!

I can thoroughly recommend this dental practice. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease. I had four implants done and the whole procedure went perfectly. Dr Soni along with the lovely dental nurse were very patient with me as I have never been comfortable going to dentist. With much trepidation I started my 'All on 4' implant treatment yesterday with dentist Rami and nurse Janu.This whole operation was carried out with care and consideration for my welbeing. Once the initial shock of the anaesthetic injections had finished (don't we all hate needles) the rest of the operation was done painlessly, although obviously you do feel vibration from any drilling and scraping that needs to be carried out.Following an ice cream lunch (very welcome) the temporary fixed dentures were fitted. The whole thing took just over 2 hours.Aftercare and what symptons to expect were fully explained.A couple or so return visits are needed before the final dentures are fitted but so far I can only say positive things about the treatment received.Certainly a practice to consider if you are think of implants.

Pedro, Janu & team were all lovely and made me feel at ease, as having an implant is not something you have every day and I was apprehensive and nervous about the whole procedure. Great service HAD an implant which took 45 mins to do. Very professionally done. Was really surprised that it was painless.I was given full aftercare instructions by Digant the Dentist and Nurse Janu was really helpful and caring. Especially about having something to eat before the op and having cold drinks to help with the swelling after.Would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to say how great Lisa (hygienist) and her assistant were yesterday with my 9 year old autistic son. Lisa was honestly amazing with him. She was asking him if she could try things before she did it. She sprayed the air on his hand first so he knew what it felt like. When she was cleaning his teeth he struggled a little so Lisa said "ok what if i count to 3 for each tooth as I'm doing it, then move on" that worked so well. He even commented on that after we left and said it really helped. They were both really patient and understanding with him. We haven't had a great experience previously which added to his phobia of the dentist.So thank you.

I used to be an incredibly nervous patient and honestly couldn’t ask for better care and support. I’ve had a lot of work done here including Invisilign, composite bonding and implants and I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth are looking. All of the staff from receptionists to nurses to dentists are so so caring and patient and truly care about their patients. A massive shout out to Shreyas who is the most caring and talented dentist who has changed my perception on going to the dentist! I no longer dread my appointments due to him. He always makes me feel comfortable and ensures I have no pain and am 100% happy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Only been using G&M Dental for a couple of months now and I couldn’t recommend a better dentist to go to. All of the staff are very warm welcoming and friendly as well as being extremely patient. I was a little worried at first because I thought it would be a painful experience, but that wasn’t the case at all, it’s all been painless which is such a pleasant surprise. I cannot praise Akash and the whole team enough. I have been terrified of the dentist and avoided going for years….many years. I was convinced that I was going to have to have my teeth removed or be left with ugly teeth that would be falling out. Akash was so kind and really took the time to reassure me. My first appointment he was open and honest, understanding and mainly, he was kind. We made a treatment plan and today I have returned home with white teeth, more importantly all my own. After years of delaying the replacement of three failing crowns, I came across GM Dental & Implant Centre, when they ran a promotional offer in early April.I can honestly say, I've never looked back.From the initial assessment, working out the options and associated costs, to having the implant surgery in early May and completing the treatment yesterday, I've been nothing but looked after by everyone.Digant made me feel at ease and explained everything that was happening at every step of the way. He was supported by different assistants, all of whom were friendly, supportive and professional. The reception team always greet you with a smile and are super friendly too.I am over the moon with the end result! It has given me the confidence back to smile without feeling self conscious.

The most convenient experience by a dentist so far.I've seen many so called dentist but Shreyas Mhatre is the best. No pain at all (however my situation was ridiculously difficult) he managed with not a single tear drop in less than half an hour!Will go further to get may dentures done.Will be continuing this review

Calm and pain free. Being a 60’s child I have always hated going to the dentist but the team at GM are calm and kind but above all else show dentistry doesn’t have to be a painful experience. We have visited this clinic with my 9-year-old daughter more than once. The staff is very polite and attentive. The hygienist is a very kind and friendly woman, she does her job very well and carefully. I would especially like to mention the doctor from this clinic, Joanna Gojska. We visited her twice to treat my daughter's caries. She is a fantastic doctor and a professional which, unfortunately, is very rare to find in different dental clinics now. She was very attentive to the problem of uneven and crowded teeth in my daughter and offered to write a referral to an orthodontist herself. I was very happy about this, because in other clinics, dentists all told me to wait until my child is 12. I am very glad that we got treatment from her. Writing this review is the least I can do as a thank you!

I have visited GM Dental and Implant Centre Ashford today by making an appointment a few days ago. At the time of booking the receptionist asked me whether I’ll be happy to be contacted if another patient cancelled their appointment to be seen earlier than agreed. And they called me a good few hours in advance, so I attended an appointment today, a week before my originally scheduled.Dr Joanna Goshska has examined, cleaned and x-rayed the tooth which crown has fallen. She inspected closely the crown I was having over 25 years now and confirmed it’s a good quality and there’s no reasons not to be re-cemented, as there’s no inflammation concerns regarding root canals or neighbouring teeth. She has fixed the crown confidently with an ease and ensured it will last long more being bonded with the strongest glue. She gave me back my smile just before the festive Easter days!I can’t thank you enough Dr Goshska for the professionalism, knowledge and friendly attitude.Receptionist and nurses are helpful and respectful.I didn’t hesitate long and transferred my dental plan to GM Dental and Implant Centre, respected by the values the people bring to this dental centre providing exceptional care to patients at a good price within shortest waiting times.I am pleased and happy I’ve chosen this clinic.

Lovely dental practice. Went to a GM Dental open day, it was really helpful to be able to discuss treatment options & ask questions without the pressure to commit. I have had a successful Full Upper Implant. The procedure was relatively pain free and I felt no discomfort after the treatment. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. After not visiting any dentists for nearly 5 years, My first visit at GM dental & Implant centre on the 15th NOV was a positive one. The nurse Janu was very helpful during my visit and explained the process and appointment schedule. The dentist Joanna was very polite and caring. She made me feel very at ease. Initially my visit was supposed to be a new patient exam but as she knew I was experiencing a lot of pain, she quickly decided to work on the problematic tooth which has been brilliant.It didn't give me time to sit and wonder, I just went for the treatment and feel so much better now knowing that the pain has gone and the tooth can be saved.Today, (Friday 29th Nov) after my second visit, I can't fault the staff and my dentist Joanna. Generally have changed my life.I have gone 20 years hating my teeth, feeling like dentists wouldn’t actually listen to what I want. I have been to so many private dentists who are only interested if I get all my treatment done with them but this was the only one who generally seemed to care and want to help me.Charlotte is an absolute credit to the team, sat down with me and reassured me about everything and Sam who done my bonding is just amazing at what she does. So far so good. I've had my temporary new teeth and implants in for a couple of months now, and was in the surgery again today for impressions of my gums for the soon to be fitted permanent set.The temporaries which they fit are there while your gums are healing, and even they look very good by the way.The entire staff are very friendly and reassuring, and the whole process has been relatively pain free. Believe me, I was very nervous about getting this done beforehand, however knowing what I know now I would have done this ages ago.I will update when the process is complete.

I received excellent treatment during my recent visits for dental work, as I always have done at this practice. Dentist Sam and nurse Janu provided very efficient and friendly treatment and helped to put me at ease at all stages of my visits. Everything regarding any treatment is always laid out clearly in advance, so you always know where you stand before they begin. I have mostly dealt with Diane at reception, who has a very friendly manner and always keeps me well updated on treatment plans and appointments etc. I have been going to this dental practice at the same building in its various guises for well over 40 years now - yikes that makes me feel old 😂 - and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now.

Just gave a visit to the practice for consultants. It was a good experience. Everybody were very friendly, understanding, helpful, nice and lively. I have recently completed a course of Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth and provide me with a smile I could be confident with. I cannot be more pleased with the results. It’s better than I ever imagined. Not only were the results great but the staff were fantastic. Shreyas, my dentist, and Janu, my nurse, were just brilliant. Having been with this dental practice for nearly 60 years I have seen plenty of changes, it was becoming a bit tired and needed some tlc. Since GM Dental have taken it over it has been redecorated and is now looking good again. Everything is very clean and all the staff are lovely and welcoming. I must admit I am very nervous at my dental appointments but my dentist Joanna is always so great with me and puts me at ease and the nurse Janu is a fabulous assistant and always very cheerful and extremely welcoming and understanding of my fears. I am relatively new patient but had yo have a serious dental operation with 6 implants and was petrified of it. The team at GM dental made it as comfortable as possible including organising sedation. The in-house implant specialist dentist Shreyas was great, even driving me home on the day of the op as i had forgotten something needed.Highly recommend as very competent and friendly dentist.No one likes going to the dentist but we all need to and GM dental eases the stress of it.

I don't think too many of us look forward to going to the dentist but Lisa (hygenist) made it as pleasurable as possible. She went out of her way to make sure my experience was the best that it could be by making me aware of potential problems and showing me how to remedy them, going the extra mile by trying to remove a stain that was ingrained but is now far better than it was and her overall caring and considerate demeanour put me at ease throughout the cleaning process. I’ve just had my wisdom tooth taken out and my oral surgeon, Shahrokh and nurse, Janu, were amazing! They made me feel so much at ease. They were all so kind with everything. From my inital enquiry right though to treatment, GM Dental have gone above and beyond to provide incredible service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.The receptionist really took the time to speak to me at length over the phone, she was empathetic and explained my finance options in detail. I was invited for an inital consultation where my dentist Sam really took the time to listen to my concerns and anxieties. We came up with a bespoke treatment plan, spread over a few appointments to help make the process as comfortable for me as possible. Applying for finance was made very easy and I was given lots of options. The treatment itself was completely painless and not stressful at all. For someone with a lot of anxiety around the dentist this was so important for me.The final work looked amazing and I have regained so much more confidence in myself. The quality of the dental work itself is fantastic.I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for their patience and kindness, especially Sam and Michelle.

Firstly I would like to congratulate GM Dental for creating a calm and welcoming reception, waiting area.My daughter had a consultation with Sam about composite bonding. Sam gave her great advice and really listened to my daughters concerns and worries. My daughter was having self confidence issues and Sam took the time to reassure her about her smile and actually advised against composite bonding but suggested other alternatives.Thank you for helping a young lady gain confidence and feel proud of who she is.All of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and professional.Fabulous!

Very happy with my new dentist Sam. Recently had two visits to the dentist. The first a check up, the second for treatment. Both times Sam put me at ease. Explaining what she was going to do. I always get in a tizz when I have to go to the dentist but I usually leave Sunnyside smiling. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel valued. I feel that I am fully informed about the state of my teeth and and possible treatments. As for Michelle, she is a real tonic. I go in feel apprehensive and leave the room laughing.

I had an implant put in place at GM Dental and although quietly nervous, I must say how so straight forward went. Nico made me feel very at ease and made the whole process pain free. It was lovely to hear Nico's dental assistant say what a neat job he had done with the stitching. I've had minimal pain and discomfort and have very clear aftercare instructions and the reassurance that I can call anytime between now and next appoint in 3 months if I'm concerned or have any questions.Everyone I have met at GM Dental are all so very welcoming and caring. Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I had a mouth full of rotten hooves for teeth. I was too embarrassed to leave my house. I must have called every dentist south of Watford but stopped when I got to GM Dental in Barnet. I called and spoke to Shiva who finally got me to stop crying...she's very soothing. And she'll hum you into a state of serenity. As for Sophie in reception, she is Wonder Woman, super efficient and helpful beyond words. Then there's Nika, without hesitation the best dentist I've ever had and I've had loads. So gentle and reassuring, she is unbelievably good at her job..the encouragement is unmatched. But most importantly these ladies are lovely humans who will take care of you when you're maybe not smiling as often as you should.If you unsure or feel insecure, go and see these ladies. They've really changed my life and I can't thank them enough.

Had a great experience at GM Dental & Implant Centre in Barnet with Dr. Nicolas Montagnat! Started with a check-up where he was super thorough - he even took a second x-ray just to be 100% sure about spotting a decay that wasn't visible at first. Really appreciated his carefulness!Came back for the treatment today and was impressed by this cool tool he used that isolates just the tooth being worked on. Had an exceptional experience. Got an amazing deal for my treatment. The Dentists Mr Khan who I had my consultation with, was well informed, really knowledgeable and kind. He even went the extra mile, to helped solve my TMJ issue which I was struggling with for years. I had an outstanding experience here. I had an implant fitted. The whole team was great and treated me like a friend. They listened to my concerns and worries and responded to each of them patiently, which made me feel more relaxed and assured that I was in good hands.The surgeon, Gaurav Mehta is very skilled and has many years of experience. He could do the job with his eyes closed! He was fully focused, confident and calm. He carried out each stage of the procedure meticulously.I also liked the nurse, Ana who was very attentive and provided support before I even realised I needed it. She even called me on my last day of antibiotic that I took after the surgery. She wanted to check how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns.And the front desk staff, including Sophie and Eurico, were very good and made me feel welcome and comfortable.I was very scared at the beginning, but the process was very smooth. I am very happy with my implant and I highly recommend GM Dental if you have a missing tooth.

I had my first part of the treatment done , which involved an extraction and the first part of two implants put in place.I was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the team .I was a touch nervous but there was no need as I did not feel any pain at all . The whole process was very quick.I was given instructions on aftercare which I followed to the letter! I also took the antibiotic and still taking them.It was slightly painful once the injections wore off but but the good old paracetamol did the trick.I have had no problems at all!Thank you all for all your help so far. 😄👍

Excellent service received from GM Dental today! My implant crown had come loose and fallen out so I called for an emergency repair first thing in the morning and they had booked me in and fixed it by 10.30am. It wasn’t straightforward as the implants were 13 years old and fitted in Australia. I had called numerous other practices around London but none were confident in being able to fix it or could fit me in. I would definitely recommend GM based on this service. If you are getting implants you will want to make sure you’ve got a dentist who can deal with any issues promptly and efficiently and GM were first class!

Despite the outside building being a bit dated, the interior looks and feels premium and very relaxing! The staff is super friendly and the manager Eurico is an extremely polite and professional. If you have money and want the service done, any surgery will do it for you, but treat you like family while looking after you, I don’t know many that will do it like this one. Recently I visited a hygienist in this clinic. I easily got an appointment and found convenient time for me. All staff were very friendly and nice. I did my cleaning. The process was a little bit unpleasant like it always is for me and it’s not dentist’s fault. Dentist answered all my questions and I was pleased with the result. The only thing when I came home and I decided to have a snack. I felt some discomfort under my tongue. Then I found an unpleasant surprise. A couple bruises under the tongue. It’s probably nothing and it will disappear after a couple days but it will be better if the dentist would be more careful and if it did happen will tell about to the patient.

For me it's very important that I can book appointments and communicate everything online and don't have to call, that the dental surgery is close to my home and that appointments are as reliable as can be.The latter is also important to the surgery, so they ask for a refundable deposit of £20.00 for the appointment (one could cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment and still receive the deposit back).As there are less and less NHS dentists and dental plans are not available everywhere, I went private this time and was very pleased that the check-up itself is free. Prices are communicated in advance, I paid only for x-rays and dental hygiene, and they were comparable to my former dental plan, which I found good value.It was fabulous to have had just one point of contact with reception from booking to appointment, which was Ana, who was extremely helpful with any queries and difficulties on the way and made me feel completely at ease.The dental centre has welcoming bright rooms and there seemed to be just one patient at a time, which I liked. It was absolutely calm, and the dentist Bhavik was as friendly and calm and reassuring in every way as Ana.I am really thankful for the advice on what I could pay attention to, in case this had been a recent phenomenon (first visit there), to keep healthier teeth. I will definitively book for the next check-up and dental hygiene with them in 2023, because it was a really good experience and I hope then it will become clear whether there have been any recent changes on my teeth, which I could influence positively.All in all, I found the dental centre perfectly accessible from my needs' point of view.Please be aware that for the reception desk one has to walk upstairs in this older building in a small, turning staircase. I didn't notice a lift. There is an entry phone, though, to call reception from the entry door downstairs.The GP on the ground floor is step free and wheelchair accessible, but as it was not relevant for me whether the dental surgery had also rooms on the ground floor, I didn't enquire about it. Might be a good idea to do so, if one needed it step free or wheelchair accessible!

I’ve been visiting this practice since I was a teenager to have my braces fitted, and more recently to have my retainer repaired. Dr Coonar and all the staff are wonderful and so friendly. Having dental work isn’t always the most enjoyable but Dr Coonar makes it very easy and comfortable, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Being unhappy with my previous dentist I decided to try G M Dental who recently opened in High Barnet.I was attracted because they perform general dentistry in addition to implants.The reception area is spacious, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming.Because of previous experience I had not had any general dental care for some time. I have just completed a programme of general dentistry there. What a revelation!My dentist Rayhan and her assistant were charming, and thorough. Everything was clearly explained, I was put at ease, and the whole experience was quite relaxing. . .I am delighted with the practice, the team, and my treatment. I will be happy to have them look after all my future dental needs.

I completed successful orthodontic treatment here 10 years ago with Dr Coonar and she has made me feel so confident about my smile. She has specialist knowledge, the latest technology and a clean practice with accommodating staff.Over the years Dr Coonar has continued to look after me extremely well when I have needed to replace a retainer I have lost of broken. She truly cares about her patients and she is always a pleasure to see! Would highly recommend

I underwent a course of orthodontic treatment with Dr Koonar several years ago, and returned to find the same level of care and attention paid to my dental needs. Support staff at the practise were equally helpful, too. I would recommend GM Dental to others.
